In Asheboro, North Carolina, a military veteran who fought for American freedom in WWII and the Korean War celebrated a special milestone: his 105th birthday!
James Eddins, of North Pointe Assisted Living Facility in Asheboro, NC, is a veteran who has seen it all. Born during the first world war, Eddins felt destined to serve his country. He proudly fought for freedom in both WWII and the Korean War. With all five generations happily together, Eddins celebrated his milestone birthday surrounded by his loved ones. In the wake of social distancing brought on by COVID-19, he didn’t think he’d ever see his family all together again. In a wonderful surprise, his family stopped by the Assisted Living Facility with signs, balloons and his favorite music blasting!
Fellow veteran, Heather Jackson thanks James Eddins for his incredible commitment to the American people. Happy birthday, James!
